Anchor Insurance Company Limited has organised a 3-day retreat for Management and senior staff to equipped them for superlative performance, so as to enlarge its market frontier.
A statement by the Head, Brand & Corporate Communications, Jamiu Osoba, said the retreat which held in Lagos, also provided avenue for the firm to lay out its business plans and methodology to achieving it.
According to him, the Managing Director, of the firm, Mayowa Adeduro, praised the staff for their efforts in 2016 despite the recession and urged them to do more this year to ensure optimal productivity.
He emphasized that to be at the top and to surpass corporate set goals; the staff must be proactive and imbibe the spirit of carrying out their individual responsibilities in an unusual manner to achieve unusual results.
Furthermore, he revealed that the Board of Directors has directed any staff who meets his/her target be motivated generously.
The 3-day retreat was anchored by John Maxwell leading consultant in Nigeria. Management and staff of Anchor Insurance were treated to many practical sessions designed to develop individuals as a CEO, deepen the spirit of teamwork and discovery of self to ensure optimal productivity aimed at achieving individual and corporate goals.
The consultant challenged the Management and staff to remain passionately committed to vision of being the most innovative and preferred general business Insurance provider in Nigeria.
