Linkage Assurance Plc will be hosting the forthcoming Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB) interaction forum tagged members’ evening that would attract over 500 Managing Directors of Insurance Brokering firms and other stakeholders in Nigeria Insurance Industry.
A statement by the Corporate Affairs Manager, NCRIB, Dele Ayeleso, said the event will provide an opportunity for the underwriting firm to extend the frontiers of its operations and break new grounds in relationship with Insurance Brokers.
He noted that the Company will be playing host to Brokers at the bi-monthly Members’ Evening, February edition holding at Brokers’ House,58, Moleye Street, Alagomeji, Yaba, Lagos on Tuesday, February 28, 2017. Time is 3.00pm, adding that the event would be quite symbolic, given the fact that it would be the first edition of the Council’s Members evening in 2017.
The event, he said would be a win-win event for both Linkage Assurance Plc and Insurance Brokers as it would facilitate harmonious relationship between both parties.
The President of the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB), Kayode Okunoren, who will be on ground to receive the management team of Linkage Assurance noted that Insurance Brokers constitute a crucial chain in the insurance industry in Nigeria given the enormous clientele controlled by them.
The Linkage Assurance team would be led to the event by its Managing Director, Dr. Pius Apere, a Chartered Insurer of over two decades and consummate insurance practitioner who is expected to intimate Brokers with the new policy direction of the company, among other issues.
Dr. Apere was recently confirmed as the substantive Managing Director of the Company.
Linkage assurance Plc was incorporated 26th March, 1991 and was licensed to cover and transact non-life insurance businesses on 7th October, 1993.
