The National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) has stopped the usage of form 30 for renewal of brokers’ licence.

The commission in a circular issued to brokers which was obtained from its website, said the requirement for filling of form 30 which is for schedule of business conduct from one renewal date of a licence to another renewal date is dispensed with.

It noted that however, filling of form 1C shall continue to be mandatory and must be submitted as provided in Section 25 of National Insurance Commission Act 1997, stressing that the directive takes immediate effect.
