The Association of Registered Insurance Agents of Nigeria (ARIAN) has felicitated with Sunday Thomas on his appointment and confirmation as the new substantive commissioner for insurance/ CEO NAICOM by the president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (President Muhammadu Buhari).
In a congratulatory message issued by the newly elected Executive of the Association of Registered Insurance Agents of Nigeria, which was made available to Inspenonline, the association promised to work with the commissioner and also pray that his tenure will bring positive development to the Nigerian insurance lndustry.
“We commend him for the drastic change he brought into the industry during the period he served as the Acting Commissioner for Insurance.
We sincerely appreciate the role he played in the past for retail development, most especially his fatherly advise and the technical support to the association.
“We strongly believe that his administration will enhance and build a strong eco-relationship between the various arms of the industry as well as improving and increasing the level of insurance education in Nigeria,” it said.
