Federal Government College, Ogbomoso, class of 91 on Saturday, 16th October 2021, crowned their 30th anniversary reunion with handing over of a newly and well researched borehole project to the school.

The donation, according to them, aligns with the resolve to give back to their alma mata and to ensure the current crop of students have access to water – one of the United Nation SDG goals in the current dispensation.

The event started with various social reunion gathering of members in North America, United Kingdom and Lagos, Nigeria. It was concluded with the handing over of the borehole, renovated sets of toilet facilities and a newly constructed water-drawing point with five sets of taps.

Mrs. Oluremi Adekoya, Managing Director/CEO of Meatboss, while handing over the project to the school authorities enjoined them to ensure that the facilities are well managed and properly used to ensure that the maintenance is not compromised.

She, on behalf of the set members, assured the school authorities that the set has a maintenance agreement with the project manager so there is no cause for alarm on the project maintenance.

Federal Government College, Ogbomoso is one of the unity schools fully owned by the Federal Government and to which the old Students are critical partners in progress.
