The National Pension Commission (PenCom) has cleared another life insurer to sell retirement benefits annuity, bringing the number of operators that have met the new annuity rules to five.
The certified firms now are: Custodian Life Limited; FBNInsurance Limited; Leadway Assurance Limited; Cornerstone Insurance Plc and ARM Life. They were cleared to sell annuity after they signed service level agreements with their Pension Fund Custodians (PFCs).
