The Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) is shopping for professional writers that would help domesticate its course books, Inspen can report.

Its Director-General Kola Ahmed, disclosed this in an interview, adding that the writers will be saddled with the responsibility of including local inputs in the course books.

“Another thing we want to do is to domesticate our course books, so that we can include local inputs, current developments in the economy. All these are being taken together holistically.

“Right now we are sourcing for professionals and will commission them at a fee to look at all our course books and include local inputs. This is going along with the syllabus review,” he said.
