Bashing in the euphoria of great strides recorded this year, Enterprise Life Assurance Nigeria Limited has assured brokers, policyholders and other stakeholders that it is fully ready for an outstanding performance in year 2023.

The Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the underwriting firm, Funmi Omo, gave the assurance at the December edition of Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB) Members’ Evening hosted by the firm in Lagos.

She stated that Enterprise Life is excited about the opportunity to collaborate with the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers and forge a lasting and mutually beneficial relationship, adding that the firm does not take this for granted.

“I recall that sometime last year, we were here to sell you the Advantage of doing business with us. While we are not unaware of the jostle for your attention and patronage, we came here with a difference and a sincere commitment to collaborate with you for mutually beneficial rewards. I must thank you for accepting us, doing business with us, and, indeed, showing us why NCRIB is the elite body of Insurance Brokers in these climes.

“At Enterprise Life Assurance Nigeria, our ongoing mandate is to meet changing customer needs with new offerings, enhance interactions, and build trusted relationships and strategic alliances. These we have fulfilled across various customer segments, of which yours is a critical one,” she submitted.

On new offerings by the firm, she said in the short time the company started business in Nigeria, it had introduced a couple of new products, some of which brokers have taken advantage of, into the market.

“Our Family Care Plan helps provide a shield against the uncertainties of life, and our Income Protection Plan guarantees income remains steady if life happens,” she added.

On building strategic alliances and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to grow the firm’s business, she noted that brokers can attest to how far the firm has gone, stressing that the company recognises and appreciates the unique role that brokers play not just as intermediaries, but as its trusted business advisors and partners.

“An African proverb says if you want to go far, go with someone; if you want to go fast, go alone. As much as we want to go fast, we realise that in life, the steadier, the better. For us, the journey is more important than the destination, so we would instead choose to go far, having you by our side, rather than going nowhere fast.

“I daresay, our dear partners, that the journey has been a most productive one with you beside us. For this, we thank you all,” she posited.

She said as 2023 is upon us, many projections have been made in several outlooks for the year, adding that at Enterprise Life, they are fully ready to help brokers grow vertically and laterally, prepared to aid its dear policyholders’ quest for a truly protected new year.

“Your contribution to our 2022 was, without a doubt, telling on our business; now, we want more. Like the boy Oliver Twist, we won’t stop asking for more. More patronage and, indeed, more of your valued guidance and advice as we grow our portfolio and share of the market,” she appealed.

He appreciated Barrister Rotimi Edu, the President of Council of NCRIB, for his continuous support, drive, and mentorship. And also appreciated the super Council of NCRIB for being there for the firm.u

President of NCRIB Rotimi Edu implored Enterprise Life to extract significant value from the laudable investment in the relationship with the Council.

He endorsed Enterprise Life Assurance Nigeria Limited and implored brokers to sustained their business patronage with the firm.
