Owing to the forthcoming presidential elections, some insurance companies have notified their customers of plans to closed their physical branch operations from Friday, February 23, 2023.
A notification sent to Inspenonline by one of the firms reads: “In light of the presidential elections, please be informed that from 23rd February to 6th March 2023, our physical branch(es) will be closed. to
“During this period, you can access around-the-clock service at your convenience, through our alternate channels.”
Another firm which also sent similar message to this medium stated that, “We would like to notify you that our offices will be closed on Friday 24th and Monday 27th of February, 2023 in view of the coming presidential election.
“During the period, our service to you will continue unabated. We have activated our Business Continuity Management process which allows our staff to work remotely, guaranteeing uninterrupted service to you.”
The insurer said its technology platforms and other digital channels are available and fully functional for customers’ use.
