She charged them to take advantage of available time, stressing that change can hit them at any time, hence they should be fully prepared for uncertainties.

“It is unbelievable how time flies. For women to reach their maximum potentials, they must be ready to embrace change,” She posited.

She took the mentees through what she tagged PIVOT, stating that P stands for Planning; I for Introspection; V for Vision; O for Opportunities and T for Take Action.

According to her, the mentees need to adequately set their plans, be intentional about the plans and pursue them aggressively.

On introspection, she charged them to look inward, harness their potentials and trade them effectively.

Mrs. Kofo Awonuga told them to set a vision on what they want to achieve and ask necessary questions on matters that are important to them, stating that questions should be asked until they get what they desire.

She told them to keep their eyes open to opportunities and ensure that they accomplish every good goal they set for themselves.

She called for positive mindsets over situations, adding that strong faith is also necessary to overcome uncertainties.

The Pricewise Service Nigeria Limited boss, on taking actions, urged the mentees not to be inaction, stressing that they should take advantage of available support systems, as people are defined by their support systems.

She charged them to avoid living in isolation, submitting that living in isolation can lead to depression.

“Reach out to people that can help you. You are privileged to have mentors to guide you through life. Be close and open to them so that you can maximize the benefits of the program,” she posited.

She also charged them to be close to their mentors and seek relevant knowledge that would be beneficial to them.
