The immediate past Chairman Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers Lagos Area Committee (NCRIB-LAC)/Managing Director/CEO Denos Insurance Brokers Limited Ademola Olutusin, has been elected as a member of NCRIB Governing Board.
He was elected in the NCRIB Governing Board Elections held yesterday in Lagos.
Olutusin, who will serve on the Board for the next three years, thanked all who believed in him and gave him their votes.
In an appreciation letter, he said: “Dear President, President Elect, Past Presidents, Elders, Colleagues, and Friends, I am deeply humbled and profoundly grateful for the trust and confidence you have reposed in me through your overwhelming votes, electing me as a Member of the Governing Board of our highly revered Council.
Your support is not just a vote of confidence, it is a clear testament to your belief in my capacity to serve, represent, and contribute meaningfully to the continued growth and integrity of our great Council. I recognize that with this trust comes even greater responsibility, and I assure you that I will jealously guard the confidence placed in me and discharge my duties with diligence, transparency, and unwavering commitment.
To our past presidents and elders, your guidance and sacrifices have laid the solid foundation upon which we stand today. To my colleagues and friends, your solidarity and encouragement have been my greatest motivation.
Together, we shall continue to build a stronger, more progressive Council that upholds professionalism, unity, and service above self.

Samusideen Ademola Olutusin is a seasoned insurance professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry.
He started his career in 1990 at Nigeria Reinsurance Corporation as a Senior Officer and presently is the Managing Director/CEO of Denos Insurance Brokers Limited, which he founded.
He was Immediate Past Chairman of the Lagos Area Committee of the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB).
He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Ambrose Alli University: Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Lagos State University and Diploma in Insurance from West African Insurance Institute (WAII).
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN), Associate, Risk Manager Society of Nigeria (RIMSON) and Fellow, Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (FCIB)
He is currently an Assistant District Governor Rotary International District 9112
Olutusin is also a Past Part-time Lecturer, Insurance Department, Lagos State Polytechnic Ikorodu, Now Lagos State University of Science and Technology Ikorodu and former Internal Auditor, Financial Secretary, and Vice Chairman, NCRIB Lagos Area Committee.
