For distinguishing themselves some life and general business insurance companies – Stanbic IBTC Insurance Limited; Capital Express Assurance Limited; Tangerine Life Assurance Limited;
NEM Insurance Plc; Leadway Assurance Company Limited and Custodian & Allied Insurance Limited have won the 2025 Risk Analyst Insurance Brokers Performance Review Awards.

The General Manager Risk Analyst Insurance Brokers Limited Sunday Oyeniyi
at the awards presentation in Lagos, said the award is a testament to the winners outstanding service delivery, relentless professionalism and true partnership throughout 2025.

He submitted that Risk Analyst Insurance Brokers started this award in 2022 with the strategic objective of improving our service delivery to our clients.

“We believe as an insurance brokerage firm, the exceptional service we promise our clients is directly built upon the quality of service we receive from our underwriting partners,” he posited.

Oyeniyi said to ensure firm consistently delivers on performance review, it started a quarterly performance review focused on claims settlement, a critical moment of truth for its clients.

He noted that in 2023, to recognise and encourage continuous improvement observed, the firm introduced awards for its top three performing underwriters-a tradition it proudly continued in 2024.

According to him in 2025, the firm introduced two award categories: one for Life Insurance Companies and another for General Insurance Companies, noting that for Life Insurance Companies, the winners are :Stanbic IBTC Insurance Limited; Capital Express Assurance Limited; Tangerine Life Assurance Limited, while for General Business Companies, NEM Insurance Plc; Leadway Assurance Company Limited and Custodian and Allied Insurance Limited are the winners.

He extended, deepest congratulations and gratitude to the recipients.
