PILA secures insurance partnership with Lagos State Government on International Women’s Day

In commemorating the 2025 International Women’s Day, the President of Professional Insurance Ladies Association (PILA) Abimbola Onakomaiya and members of the Executive Council, paid a courtesy visit to the Secretary to the Lagos State Government Barrister Abimbola Salu-Hundeyin and other top government officials at the Cabinet Office, Alausa, Lagos.

The visit provided avenue for discussions which centered around partnership with Lagos State to provide various gender lens insurances that would foster financial empowerment of women, Educational Children’s Endowment insurance, CSR project – “Adopt an Orphan,Transform a Future”, Training and Mentorship.

Abimbola Onakomaiya noted that it was noteworthy that the Lagos State Governor was apprised of the courtesy call and welcomed the partnership.

She said the partnership would birth great leadership, expanding PILA’s horizon, enlarge its coast and accelerate Action.
