Rashidat Adebisi quits AXA Mansard Insurance

The Executive Director Technical and Client Services AXA Mansard Insurance Plc, Mrs. Rashidat Adebisi, has resigned her appointment.

The company disclosed this in a notice to the Nigerian Exchange Limited and signed by Omowunmi Mabel Adewusi, the company secretary, noting that Mrs. Adebisi will leave the board of the organisation effective December 31, 2025.

No reason was given by the underwriting firm for the resignation of the board member, but she was thanked for her “contribution and service to the growth of the company during his tenure on the board.”

The top member of AXA Mansard obtained regulatory approval to join the board on February 24, 2020, as an Executive Director.

She served as a member of the Board Risk Management & Technical Committee and Board Investment and Finance Committee.

Mrs. Adebisi over the years has continued to contribute greatly to the development of the Nigerian and African Insurance Industry through robust contributions in workshops and conferences.
