Rex Insurance seals robust business deals with top brokers

Having successfully positioned its operations for impactful underwriting, Rex Insurance Limited has sealed robust business deals with top insurance brokers in Nigeria.

Rex Insurance Limited attained this feat at an Executive Session with Top Brokers held today in Lagos.

The number one Insurance Broker in Nigeria, who also doubles as the President of Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB) Prince Babatunde Oguntade, passed a vote of confidence on Rex Insurance, stating that the company remains a pride of the insurance industry and would continue to enjoy huge patronage from insurance brokers.

According to him, Rex Insurance is where insurance works, adding that the company has the process; technology and the brokers.

He remarked that brokers would continue to associate with progressive underwriters, while the unprogressive firms would be pulled down.

He applauded the management and staff of Rex Insurance, stating that their contributions are not only to the company but the entire insurance industry.

Deputy President of the NCRIB Mrs. Ekeoma Ezeibe, also lauded the company for its great transformation within a short period, noting that the management has done well in repositioning the company.

According to her, the company would continue to enjoy full support from brokers, whilst encouraging the management to sustain the giant stride being recorded.

Managing Director Rex Insurance Limited Mrs. Eberechukwu Nwachukwu, appreciated the brokers, pledging to uphold the confidence reposed on the firm.

She noted that the firm’s vision is to be the preferred Nigerian insurance company, adding that its service promises are; highest level of customer service; prompt claims settlement; operational efficiency and ESG initiative implementations.

She maintained that the company looks ahead to ; robust product development; expand corporate and retail portfolio; ESG initiative and strengthening its position in the ageic insurance market.

On claims payment, she highlighted the top three claims paid by the company in 2024, stating that the firm paid a customer N15.47 billion claims, followed by N1.79 billion also paid to a customer and another customer got N1.65 billion.

She appealed to the brokers to make Rex Insurance Limited their preferred insurance partner, imploring them to put the company in lead and follower positions in the business transactions.

The Rex Insurance boss also implored brokers to place their motor; marine; agric and other classes of business with the company.
