Top management of Stanbic IBTC Insurance visits NCRIB, underscores need for strategic partnership

The top management of Stanbic IBTC Insurance, led by the Managing Director/CEO, Jide Orimolade, today paid a courtesy visit to the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB) where they underscored the need for more collaboration between the Council and all constituent bodies in the industry.
While receiving the delegation, the President of the Council, Mrs Ekeoma Ezeibe, averred that the “One Insurance Industry” mantra of her tenure was meant to see an holistic industry where every constituent bodies act in unison.
She aligned her tenure with the aspirations of Stanbic IBTC Insurance on the propagation of insurance for more acceptance of insurance by the public under the Nigerian Insurance Industry Reform Act (NIIRA), through youth empowerment.
Earlier, Orimolade had said Stanbic IBTC appreciated the phenomenal roles of NCRIB in broadening the insurance market and for prescribing best ethical standards for its numerous members.
He promised that his company would bring to bear its actuarial advantage on the knowledge gap required to be filled by the industry.
He applauded the Council’s leadership for charting out the One Industry thrust and pledged the support of the initiative.
