Amid the public perception that insurance companies don’t pay claims, many firms don’t announce their claims positions through in-house materials and commercials.
A review on most advert bill boards displayed by insurance companies at eye catching locations across the country don’t speak to claims payout.
What will it cause a company to state in its calendar that is free giving to the public, what it paid as claimed in the previous year or within five years?
While displaying product offerings on billboards, while not announced, the amount payout as claims?
Commercials on motor policies, should showcase the amount paid as claims to motor policy claimants. Same for other products.
Insurance operators should note that until they blow their trumpets, nobody will blow it, while the trumpets of anti-insurance crusaders, who are sounding insurance don’t pay claims will continue to echo.
To defeat anti-insurance crusaders, insurance operators should use every available avenue to announce their yearly claims payout.
