Earlier today at the Sports Complex, NAFRC, Oshodi, the 3rd Annual ARIAN football tournament kicked off with 6 teams slugged it out.
AXA Mansard defeated NSIA Insurance by three goals to zero while at the last match of the day, AIICO thrashed Coronation Insurance PLC with 6-3. Abiodun Nurudeen of AIICO Insurance PLC made history by scoring the first Hatrick in the history of the tournament.
Erstwhile, Mutual Benefits Assurance PLC, who was the maiden Edition Champion played a baren draw with Zenith General Insurance PLC.
The organiser of the tournament appreciated all the participating teams and their supporters for coordinating themselves in a very calm and professional manners.
