SAHAM Unitrust Insurance Nigeria Limited, in a bid to extend the frontiers of its operation, break new grounds and foster relationship with insurance brokers, will be playing host to Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB) Members in the month of June edition of NCRIB Members’ Evening.

The event holds at the Council’s Secretariat 58, Moleye Street, Alagomeji, Yaba, Lagos. Time is 3.00pm.

The hosting of Insurance Brokers under the aegis of the NCRIB by SAHAM UnitrustInsurance Nigeria would be quite symbolic, given the fact that it would be the first of such event to be hosted by SAHAM Unitrust Insurance Nigeria in the last decade.

The event would be a win-win event for both SAHAM Unitrust Insurance and Insurance Brokers as it would facilitate harmonious relationship between both parties. It is a known fact that insurance brokers constitute a crucial chain in the insurance industry in Nigeria given the enormous clientele controlled by them.

Saham Unitrust Insurance Nigeria Limited is an insurance company established and licensed in 1981 in Nigeria to operate as an insurer and presently carries out all forms of general/non-life insurance transactions including Oil & Gas.

The Company ranks amongst the leading underwriters in the industry in terms of turnover of over N4 billion in 2015, capital and asset base, in addition to its prompt claims settlement record.

SAHAM Unitrust Insurance’s team would be led to the event by the Company’s Managing Director/CEO, John Ijerheime, a consummate insurance practitioner from University of Lagos and an Associate member of The Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACIIN).

Ijerheime is expected to intimate Brokers with the new policy direction of the company, among other issues.

The President of the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB), Kayode Okunoren, would be on hand to welcome the delegation of SAHAM UnitrustInsurance into the Council edifice.
