Insurance practitioners refresh family bond at picnic

The atmosphere was filled with fun and excitement as insurance practitioners gathered today at the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) 2022 Annual Family Picnic to bond, fraternised and renewed vigour for improved service delivery to their clients.

The picnic attracted practitioners from the various arms of insurance industry and members of their families were not left out in the carnival.

President of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, Edwin Igbiti, at the event, held at Eleko Beach, Lagos, expressed gratitude to God for bringing the practitioners together again, having failed to gathered last year, due to COVID-19 pandemic.

According to him, the institute’s annual picnic, is a great avenue for the industry to merry, enjoy and ease off stress associated with office work.

He applauded the picnickers for the manner they collaborated and converged to socialised, adding that it clearly proves that they are a team, geared towards the singular goal of boosting the industry.

He urged them to keep the team spirit and be more committed towards increasing insurance adoption level and moving the industry to lofty heights.

Igbiti appreciated the Institute for coming up with the programme which usually bring all practitioners together annually. “I equally seize this opportunity to specially recognise and appreciate all insurance companies Managing Directors; Industry Captains, Council Members and Professional Colleagues present,” he submitted.
